It took me hours to find a fix for the AUDIO and SORAGE CONTROLER thing, and here it is: :)
Audio instalation steps:
1) Download HPs 'Conexant Audio Driver: sp35908.exe' <- click to download. (its a vista driver, but is win7 compatable) (the XP driver is NOT)
2) Right click the sp35908.exe file and go to 'Properties', Click the 'Compatability' tab, Then tick the box 'Run this program in compatability compatability mode for', then select in the dropdown menu 'Windows Vista (Sevice Pack 2). Then Click 'OK'
3) Now Run the sp35908.exe installer, and wala! it works!
Hope this works for everyone else too!

Storage Controler Thing instalation steps:
1) Download HPs 'Texas Instruments Media Card Driver: sp35309.exe' <- click to download. (again its a vista driver, but is win7 compatable) (the XP driver is NOT)
2) Right click the sp35309.exe file and go to 'Properties', Click the 'Compatability' tab, Then tick the box 'Run this program in compatability compatability mode for', then select in the dropdown menu 'Windows Vista (Sevice Pack 2). Then Click 'OK'
3) Now Run the sp35309.exe installer, and wala! it works too!
